1. No Refunds Once Booked
All bookings are final. Once a session is booked and payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy ensures we can provide you with the best possible service and time commitment.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- For cancellations: You may cancel your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. No refunds will be provided in case of cancellation. However, payment will be credited towards a future session if cancellation occurs within the specified time frame.
- For rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is allowed once only. Please note that the rescheduled session must be completed within 30 days of the original appointment date.
3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your session, the time lost will not be extended, and the session will end at the scheduled time. We advise arriving a few minutes early to ensure the session starts on time.
4. No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show without prior communication, the session will be considered forfeited, and no credit or refund will be issued.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We do not offer refunds or exceptions for any reason. However, if you have concerns about your experience, please feel free to share your feedback with us. We value your input and are always looking to improve our services.
